10 years of digital experience in various industries. He is currently working for Royal Philips in Amsterdam as
Sr. Manager Digital Marketing Performance. In his current role, he has been
helping various business groups and markets to optimize their digital marketing
investments. At Philips he and his team introduced a new capability for optimizing
digital campaigns, which delivered 20% efficiency in digital media spend
globally. Today, he is going to talk briefly about his experience: how they
realized this success, what kind of challenges they faced along the way and how
