Elliott joined LiveArea as the Director of Commerce Consulting in May 2018. He is an experienced Global eCommerce and multi-channel retail professional who specialises in helping B2C and B2B companies achieve measurable success by identifying and capitalising on emerging digital opportunities. He has had multiple client side roles across a variety of sectors, including Head of eCommerce for Signet Jewellers brands Ernest Jones and H Samuel, who are the UK’s number #1 and #2 Watch, Jewellery and Diamond retailer. Prior to that, Elliott led Global eCommerce at Vertu, the Luxury mobile phone manufacturer. He developed and led the digital strategy including delivering Vertu’s first eCommerce platform and global Omni-Channel capabilities, across 37 markets including China.
