Kelly drives the digital marketing strategy and development for the Insulated Panels Division across the globe and is currently leading the complete re-configuration of the Kingspan Group's web presence, covering 174 sites in all. This involves deep level cross-divisional working to restructure the way the Group and all its companies are presented online, including introducing new standard CMS technology, DAM systems and Marketing technologies to improve lead generation, promote cross-selling and uplift and standardise the whole brand experience of Kingspan across the globe. In addition, Kelly has responsibility for implementing best-practice, creating efficiencies and improving communication and sharing, all with the goal of supporting the wider sales force and strategic growth.

Valerie specializes on demand generation, value proposition and sales enablement under the newly formed practice of 'revenue marketing'. Managing a total budget of $17M with 80 direct reports based in Europe, US and off-shore, and executing on circa additional $20 M on behalf of the business units across the world, she created and currently leads the Global Marketing Shared Services with in scope Demand Centre and Sales enablement for Xerox Corp as well as the marketing & coms activities for Europe; transformed the marketing practice across Xerox with fully integrated marketing strategies & drives several Global Corporate cutting edge programs; led an offering focus Line of Business on a global basis with end-to-end accountability; developed various marketing strategies with associated tactics for different offerings (hardware, software & BPO services) through several channels (direct sales force, resellers, social media, web) at European, Developing Countries and Global level; and participated to several operating models restructuring to drive profitable growth in both mature and emerging markets. Supporting a $18B revenue globally, Valerie’s speciality is to drive from strategy design to effective execution at Global or local levels. With a specific focus on demand generation creation, differentiated value propositions, digital marketing strategy and sales enablement with the objective to generate tangible measurable revenue, she is adept at change management: business transformation, vision development, global implementation & teams leadership.

In his current role, Vasuki is building the ecommerce team and leading the strategic shift from traditional to digital business models. He is also creating and running a team of digital natives to grow market share and increase revenue of the Fabory business in the online channel. 

Vasuki is passionate about transforming business in the intersection of (digital) marketing and technology. He has a ground up experience from building (developer) digital commerce solutions to commercially deploying marketing initiatives in hyper connected world that feeds of data. He has a hands on understanding of how digitization influences the blurry lines between sectors and functions within the organisational strategy. 

His expertise lie in Email marketing; PPC and display; B2B site search and merchandising; and Customer experience and insights. 

Vasuki will tell us how Fabory deals with “Channel Shifting: How can you Increase Customer Adoption Rates to Grow Your Customers’ Digital Engagement?” on 8 December.

Currently leading the digital marketing efforts in the Danfoss Cooling segment, Thomas spearheads the digital transformation in the Global and regional Marketing Communication organizations to develop the right digital culture and digital tools/systems, together with leading the design of the omnichannel customer experience including digital, online and offline touchpoints. 

With a background in traditional sales and marketing Thomas navigates in the interface between technology and customer centric marketing and sales by translating business and customer needs into technical specifications. 

Thomas will tap into his experience to guide us through attracting millennials in B2B digital marketing and ecommerce at the end of 8 December.

His main interest was and still is with VWR where his responsibility moved from Europe-wide to global overt the years. Julian 's expertise is in E Business systems, sales management, and business process consultancy. 

On 7 December –during the Oxford Style Debate on digital vs traditional business model, Julian will contend that the traditional business model is destined to die.
