John Gustafsson

John is senior HR leader with strong business acumen and long experience of global HR for large international businesses across multiple industries. He is driven by a strong interest in implementing a smarter workforce that delivers sustainable competitive advantage by increasing the value for the customer with a focus on culture, diversity, growing talents, accelerate performance and business development in fast moving international business environment. John has executed several international business transformations, i.e. 20+ M&A and divestitures throughout his career. Before the current position John held the position as Global HRBP Dir for the EMEA based head quartered Global Accounts at HPE. John holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology from The Stockholm University and a Technical College graduate diploma. He lives in Stockholm with his wife and two young daughters.
