Helmut Nachbauer co-founded ecx.io and built it into a leading European digital commerce and customer experience company, working with brands such as Red Bull, Lufthansa, Henkel, Wienerberger and Fiskars. In 2016, Helmut and his co-founders successfully exited ecx.io through its sale to IBM. He subsequently led IBM iX across DACH and Croatia, helping scale the business to around 1,000 people.

Today, Helmut is the founder and CEO of HEYRISE AI, a B2B conversational commerce platform that automates customer inquiries and orders across email, chat and messaging channels while integrating seamlessly with existing e-commerce and digital platforms. HEYRISE AI drives profitable growth by automating manual sales processes and enabling field and inside sales teams to focus on high-value customer interactions.
