Guillaume Deudon
Guillaume Deudon joined the Group as Chief Digital Officer (CDO-CIO) on July 1, 2023. Since 2025, his scope has been expanded to include the customer experience (CX) transformation program. With over 25 years of professional experience in IT and digital, he has primarily developed his career internationally. He has worked and lived in Europe, Asia, North America, and North Africa, and has thus developed strong interpersonal and intercultural skills. Guillaume has led large-scale client transformation and digitalization programs, most recently in major global B2B companies such as The Dow Chemical Company and DSM-Firmenich. Among some of his successes is the establishment of a digital center in Chicago, replicated in Sao Paulo and Shanghai. Guillaume Deudon holds an Engineering degree in software engineering from ENSEIRB in France and an M.B.A. from INSEAD.
