Florian joined Mirakl‘s executive team in 2017, as Chief Operating Officer. Working closely with our founders, he oversees and organizes ongoing operations, actively supports Sales and Customer success teams, and takes an active part in all strategic decisions. Florian joined Mirakl after 13 years at McKinsey, where he served players in retail and services in over 25 countries, working directly with senior leadership on key transformative projects.
