Starting from humble beginnings in the contact center industry, Denis launched the B2B eCommerce practice at HEINEKEN NV in Amsterdam in 2016, expanding it to 20 countries across AMEE, APAC, and the Americas by 2021. Now, as Chief Customer Officer at eCommerce technology leader Virto Commerce, Denis thrives on leading digital transformation and strategic discussions with business leaders—and continues to be deeply committed to customer experience.
