Deborah Hubscher

Deborah Hubscher is GM Ecommerce and Customer Centricity. She is responsible for Shell MarketHub, Shell’s largest B2B Ecommerce portal serving all downstream B2B businesses. ​ Prior to this role, Deborah led the Digital Transformation and Customer Centricity strategy for the Shell Chemicals business. She has over 15 years international commercial and strategy experience across Shell Downstream and is passionate about the use of technology to address business problems.​ Deborah worked in the construction industry before joining Shell 17 years ago. She holds an Engineering degree from Imperial College and an MBA from London Business School.​ She is Italian and lives in London with her partner and son.
