Chris Matenaers
began his marketing career working for PayPal's eBay team. Over the last 15
years, he has worked at a number of SMEs and blue chip companies with a
particular focus on tools for marketing automation, designing internal systems
and working alongside specialist third-party vendors to bring automated
marketing solutions to market. Having worked for Grainger Global Online the
last three years, he is focusing on how to use large datasets and machine
learning algorithms to build stronger relationships with B2B customers
