Having attained master degrees in both computer science and business administration, he holds a 20+ years of experience in IT, business consulting and customer service centric positions. As a Six Sigma and Lean Management Master Black Belt, he lives and breathes process optimization. In his current role as global customer service center lead, he saved more than 10 M€ in personnel costs while building a 94% customer satisfaction.
