Age Koster

Age Koster is heading the eBusiness Integration activities at Office Depot Europe. In that capacity he is one of the main drivers of the transformation towards an online driven company. Focus areas in this respect are sales transformation in the major- and international customer segments, sales culture transformation and providing CX that fits the target groups of customers.

 Age has been in the online arena for over 12 years in which period online trade has grown to >80% of total revenue. Previous assignments in IT and Customer Services in combination with a wealth of experience in the online arena provide a solid background for driving the digital transformation process.
