Ricardo D. started his career in 1997 by Legrand, where we experienced many roles as commercial & mkt responsibilities. He moved to Sonepar in 2007 as Mkt Director for South America. He was subsequently appointed the Chief Operation Officer. He moved in 2011 to Geneva from São Paulo, where in the HQ of Sonepar, he became an International Market Manager in charge of two product divisions. He took International Market Director as role since 2015. He studied civil engineering, having a MBA in Executive Marketing/HR and an International Leadership Program at Insead. Two B2B multinational-leaders as professional background, 10 years as manufacturer and 10 years as distributor. Passionate about people and cultures, the move to Geneva was a natural fit. In his free time, Ricardo runs a social project which supports Brazilian students from low income families.
