This includes creating an award winning lean startup/accelerator program and measurement/analytics centers of expertise driving fact based global high impact digital programs. Recently Pascal has been transforming and driving sales growth through all direct & indirect online channels for Philips Lighting for B2C and B2B, including managing a global team of Digital & eCommerce managers driving digital marketing & online sales in more than 60 countries.
