Mark has recently joined Ricoh (https://www.ricoh-europe.com/index.html) to head up their eCommerce operation in Europe. Mark's background is primarily in B2B ecommerce, leading online trading in Europe for Insight Enterprises http://www.uk.insight.com/ from 2010 to 2014 as EMEA eBusiness Manager. As a part of that role he created a dedicated eSales team to drive online transactions from small and medium enterprises and brought in focused eprocurement specialists to drive engagement with Insight's largest European and Global clients. Subsequently he then led a team of Product Owners in developig an industry leading B2B ecommerce experience in Construction for SIG PLC http://uk.siggroup.com/ as Head of Digital Proposition between 2014 and 2016.
